Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

🔹 1. General Return Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt if:

The product is unused, unassembled, and free of any damage or scratches.
The product is in its original packaging with the invoice or proof of purchase.
Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔹 2. Non-Returnable Products

Mattresses and furniture once opened or used.
Customized furniture made to specific size, color, or design.
Discounted or final sale items (Clearance Sale).

🔹 3. Restocking Fee – 15% to 30%

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee between 15% and 30% to cover shipping, inspection, processing, and restocking costs.
Fee depends on the product condition:

Brand new, unopened	15%
Opened, unused	20%
Assembled or partially used	25%
Damaged or modified by customer	30%

Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once service is completed.

Once the product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

🔹 5. Order Cancellation Before Delivery – 15% to 50% Fee

Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before delivery. A cancellation fee may apply depending on order preparation:

Fully prepared in warehouse	25%
Loaded on truck / out for delivery	35%
Custom-made or tailored	50%

Actual delivery fees are non-refundable in all cases.

🔹 6. Refund Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via cash or bank transfer after deducting applicable fees.
Tabby Payment: Refund processed directly through Tabby within up to 10 business days.

🔹 7. Warranty & Liability

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly.
